Symera Partners acquired CIS Security in partnership with the company’s management team. Founded more than 57 years ago by the Palmer family, CIS provides security, front-of-house and technology-enabled services at more than 300 public and private sector sites across the UK.
Its customers include commercial properties, public bodies and cultural institutions. CEO Neill Catton and the existing senior leadership team will continue to lead the business.
Symera plans to support investment in staff, technology and service capabilities for CIS’s UK growth. The transaction enables the Palmer family to retire from ownership.
