Chariot Capital Group buys Laser Clinics UK
Carved out of KKR-backed Laser Clinics Group, the UK aesthetic-treatment business operates more than 40 clinics under a clinician-led franchise-partnership model.
Laser Clinics UK, a United Kingdom provider of laser, skin and aesthetic treatments, was carved out of Laser Clinics Group in a platform investment by Chariot Capital Group.
The company operates more than 40 clinics offering laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables and skin treatments through a clinician-led franchise-partnership model.
Laser Clinics Group is a KKR portfolio company that developed the model across Australia, New Zealand and international markets.
Chariot Capital Group plans to support the standalone business with investment in its clinic network, technology platform and talent base.
"We are thrilled to welcome Laser Clinics UK to the Chariot portfolio," said Adam Pugatch, Partner at Chariot Capital Group.
Terms were not disclosed for the carve-out.
