Maven exits iAM Compliant to The Key Group
Education software provider iAM Compliant, whose annual recurring revenue rose from about £0.6 million to £3.2 million under Maven, has been acquired by The Key Group.
Maven Capital Partners has completed its exit from iAM Compliant after the education software company was acquired by The Key Group, a private equity-backed, AI-enabled, cloud-native school management platform serving more than 20,000 schools. Maven said the exit delivered a strong return for its funds.
Maven invested a total of £3.5 million in iAM Compliant through the first Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, its VCTs and Maven Investor Partners.
iAM Compliant's software lets schools and trusts manage estates, facilities, statutory compliance, sustainability and capital planning through one digital platform.
