Arthur Ventures-backed CertifID adds CloseSimple

CertifID acquired CloseSimple, a closing communication and automation platform used by hundreds of title companies across the United States.

CertifID provides real estate wire fraud prevention and closing protection software, with backing from Arthur Ventures and Centana Growth Partners.

The acquisition combines CertifID’s identity verification, wire-instruction validation, payment guidance and insurance-backed protection tools with CloseSimple’s closing updates and communication workflows.

The announcement framed the deal around replacing manual email threads, status calls and paper-heavy closing processes with more secure digital coordination for title companies, law firms, lenders, real estate agents and consumers.
