Spotfire, a business unit of Cloud Software Group focused on visual industrial analytics, has acquired Enertel, a provider of asset valuation, production forecasting and economic analytics software for the oil and gas industry.
Enertel’s QuantumCast platform serves upstream operators, mineral owners and investors with forecasting, type curve generation and valuation tools.
The acquisition adds economic modeling to Spotfire’s existing operational analytics, aiming to connect engineering insights with investment decision-making.
