Material Handling Exchange, LLC offers permitting, warehouse layout and design, large-scale tear-down and removal, fabrication of customized racking, shipping and installation.

The business is the only rack manufacturer in the United States that also specializes in large-scale buying, selling and refurbishing used racking equipment.

The transaction is the tenth platform acquisition for Architect Equity, which targets North American businesses with operational-improvement and growth opportunities.
