American Industrial Partners backs Intelligrated

Honeywell Technologies sold Intelligrated to American Industrial Partners, which is pairing the material handling and warehouse automation provider with its existing portfolio company Trew to form a broader platform.
Intelligrated, supported by more than 3,300 employees, brings integrated sortation, conveyor, palletizing, and robotics technologies, along with software and aftermarket services, to customers in e-commerce, retail, parcel, distribution, and manufacturing.

AIP will collaborate with Redwood Technology Ventures, whose team includes original Intelligrated founders, to support the next phase of growth.
