Dover completes acquisition of Leistung Engineering
The Ahmedabad-based manufacturer makes cryogenic valves, diaphragm valves and filtration systems.
Dover Corporation has completed its acquisition of Leistung Engineering Pvt. Ltd., an Ahmedabad, India-based manufacturer of cryogenic valves, diaphragm valves and filtration systems.
Leistung will join OPW Fluid Transfer Solutions within Dover's Clean Energy & Fueling segment. Dover signed the acquisition agreement in August; Leistung's cryogenic products serve liquefied natural gas, industrial gas and other low-temperature applications.
