Boyne Capital has acquired YZY Fragrances, establishing a fragrance platform as the Miami-based firm continues to pursue control investments in the lower.

The transaction is Boyne’s second newly launched platform announced in May.

On May 5, the firm backed H&B Facility Services, a provider of maintenance and specialty services to multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties, marking its entry into the facility-services sector.

Founded in 2001, Boyne Capital targets businesses generating between $3 million and $15 million of EBITDA across a range of industries.

YZY Fragrances joins a portfolio that spans consumer goods, business services, healthcare, and manufacturing, among others.
