Eir Partners Acquires Accumulus Technologies
The life sciences software platform connects companies and more than 75 regulatory authorities.
Eir Partners acquired Accumulus Technologies, a cloud software company serving the life sciences regulatory sector. Spun out from nonprofit Accumulus Synergy in 2025, the business operates a platform for secure information exchange and collaboration between life sciences organizations and regulators.
More than 75 regulatory authorities are connected to the platform. Existing leadership, including CEO Francisco Nogueira, will remain in place.
EP Securities advised Accumulus, while TripleTree advised Eir. The company plans further technology investment and international adoption.
