Workforce management platform ORTEC, backed by Battery Ventures, has acquired TOBA HR Solutions, which supplies workforce management software to roughly 250 healthcare organizations across Belgium and Luxembourg.
Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, with offices in Zaventem and Ittre, TOBA supports approximately 225,000 frontline professionals across more than 1,450 sites.
The bolt-on brings scheduling, time and attendance, and employee self-service capabilities into ORTEC’s healthcare workforce management suite, strengthening its position in the region’s complex, regulated healthcare environments.
“At ORTEC, we believe work should flow—even in the most complex environments—and TOBA shares that mindset,” said Georgios Sarigiannidis, CEO of ORTEC.
