CRH completes acquisition of Arcosa
CRH completed its acquisition of U.S. aggregates and critical infrastructure provider Arcosa for about $8.5 billion in total enterprise value.
CRH said it completed its acquisition of Arcosa, Inc. on October 23, 2026. Under the merger agreement, Arcosa stockholders received $150.00 per share in cash, for a total enterprise value of approximately $8.5 billion.
CRH financed the deal with borrowings under a $2.5 billion term loan facility, a $3.3 billion bridge facility and cash on hand. CRH said the deal advances its connected portfolio strategy, strengthens its position in U.S. aggregates and adds exposure to fast-growing Metropolitan Statistical Areas, and that Arcosa's Engineered Structures business is positioned to benefit from grid modernization, electrification and data center construction.
