Astro Pak LLC adds Purepass Services, Inc. in Canada
The deal takes the platform to 13 locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, adding a Canadian site.
Astro Pak LLC added Purepass Services, Inc., provider of on-site and shop-based high purity cleaning services.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Purepass provides passivation, derouging, pickling, oxygen cleaning, sanitization and related services to customers across Canada and the United States.
The company serves biopharmaceutical, food & beverage, household & personal care, water & wastewater and other industrial end markets.
The add-on is Astro Pak LLC’s second acquisition under The Stephens Group, LLC, which backs Astro Pak LLC as a portfolio company.
Terms were not disclosed; Intrepid Investment Bankers served as exclusive buy-side advisor to Astro Pak LLC.
