Odyssey Investment Partners has made a majority investment in TransPak, a global provider of packaging engineering, logistics, testing, and supply chain solutions that serves data center, semiconductor, aerospace and defense, and medical customers.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, TransPak has spent over 70 years helping customers transport complex, fragile products and today serves many of the world’s largest technology and cloud infrastructure companies across an extensive North American, Asian, and European footprint.

“TransPak is an industry leader with specialized capabilities, deep blue-chip customer relationships and meaningful exposure to fast growing segments of the technology infrastructure landscape,” said Craig Staub, Senior Managing Principal at Odyssey.

Odyssey’s investment will support TransPak’s next phase of growth while preserving its family-oriented culture and customer-first approach; TransPak has been owned by the Inch family for generations and will continue under CEO Bert Inch and the existing management team.

Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal advisor to Odyssey, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Accent Capital Partners, LLC advised TransPak.
