Cambridge Health Group acquires Cornerstone Healthcare for £71m
Growth investor Ignite Growth sells UK specialist care provider Cornerstone Healthcare to UAE-based Cambridge Health Group in a £71m deal.
Cambridge Health Group has agreed to acquire Cornerstone Healthcare from growth investor Ignite Growth in a transaction valued at £71 million, lifting the buyer's total capacity to more than 1,000 beds.
Cornerstone Healthcare is a UK specialist healthcare provider. Ignite Growth is exiting the business through the sale, with Cambridge Health Group adding the company to a platform that operates across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Cambridge Health Group has grown from roughly 260 licensed beds in 2021 to more than 700 beds in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the acquisition takes the group past 1,000 beds. Amanat is an investor in the group.
