BC Partners has agreed to acquire a co-control stake in InfoRLife SA, a Swiss-based B2B dossier developer and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on ready-to-use IV infusion bags, from founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the founding families of ACS Dobfar.

Founded in 2002 as a division of Italy’s ACS Dobfar, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market.

It operates three manufacturing sites in Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia, serving hospitals and healthcare facilities.

In partnership with ACS, BC Partners plans to invest in R&D, broaden the product pipeline, drive operational excellence, and pursue M&A to accelerate growth.

“Our investment in InfoRLife builds on BC Partners’ strong track record in the generics space,” said Matt Evans, Partner at BC Partners.

The transaction marks the second investment from BC Partners Fund XII, which follows a sector-led strategy focused on mid-market defensive growth companies.
