The Fotovat family repurchased Prelude Growth Partners’ minority stake in Riverside Natural Foods, the Canadian parent of MadeGood, returning the company to full family ownership. Prelude became the snack maker’s first outside investor more than four years ago.
During the partnership, MadeGood increased net sales two-and-a-half fold and expanded its U.S. retail presence. Terms of the completed transaction were not disclosed.
