Apax Partners has acquired Techoraco and Institutional Investor, a pair of events and data intelligence platforms, from Delinian.
The platforms will continue to operate under their existing management teams and brand identities, Apax said.
The acquisition follows Apax's May platform investment in Sedex, a London-based supply chain risk management platform that was acquired from LDC, which backed Sedex for three years during which revenue more than doubled.
Sedex serves 100,000 customers in 180 countries and 35 sectors, including consumer goods, retail, and food and beverage.
