Funds advised by Apax have agreed to acquire the shareholding of funds advised by Warburg Pincus in Odido Netherlands Holding B.V. The two firms have been shareholders in the Dutch telecommunications company since 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and consultation with employee representatives.
