Pye-Barker Fire & Safety added Fire Protection Specialists, fire suppression and fire alarm services provider.
Founded in 1999, the company serves Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and California, installing and servicing systems for commercial and industrial customers in education, utility, government and healthcare facilities.
Its offerings include advanced monitoring, inspections and testing, fire extinguisher service, clean agent suppression for data centers, equipment vaults and MRI/CAT scan rooms, and automatic extinguishing systems for commercial kitchens and heavy mobile equipment.

Terms were not disclosed, and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP represented Pye-Barker in the transaction.
