Belle Brands, the beauty platform formed by Windsong Global, has acquired Vegamour, a hair-care and scalp-care brand. Vegamour sells through Sephora and joins a portfolio spanning hair, skin, cosmetics and baby care.
Belle Brands provides shared operating infrastructure and retail and e-commerce expertise while retaining each brand’s identity. Global President Teresa Lo leads the platform, whose other brands include JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty and Versed.
Belle plans to support Vegamour’s product development and its relationship with Sephora.
