Arcline acquires AstroNova for $272 million

The acquisition follows Arcline’s recent purchase of Continental Aerospace Technologies, a piston aircraft engine manufacturer, and was advised by Rockefeller Capital Management for AstroNova and Mesirow for Arcline.
