The Edgewater Funds invested in Parker Manufacturing Group, a manufacturer of highly engineered precision fasteners for aerospace and defense, semiconductor capital equipment, and general industrial end markets. Operating through Parker Fasteners, CBS, and Twist Tite from Buckeye, Arizona, the company was co-founded by Robert Parker and led by COO Geoff Tumang, both of whom will continue with the business.
Edgewater intends to support continued expansion through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.
