Coalesce Capital announced a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control, a residential pest control business with 27 locations across 16 states. Founded in 2013, ClearDefense provides general pest, mosquito and termite control services.
Its founders and management team will retain a meaningful equity stake and continue to lead the company. The partnership will support expansion in existing and adjacent markets.
The announcement did not disclose the size of Coalesce's stake or financial terms.
