Fifth Ocean Capital and Tartan Invest in Complete Production Resources
The Orlando event production and equipment rental business will expand its inventory and geographic reach, with co-founder Kelly Greene continuing as CEO.
Fifth Ocean Capital and Tartan Investment Partners announced an investment in Complete Production Resources, an Orlando, Florida-based provider of live event production services and equipment rentals. Founded in 2010, CPR supplies audio, lighting, video, staging and backline equipment for corporate events, live entertainment, sports, cruise lines and other customers nationwide.
The investment will support geographic expansion, talent and technology, additional equipment and acquisitions. CEO and co-founder Kelly Greene will remain a significant shareholder and continue leading the business.
Financial terms and the investors' ownership stakes were not disclosed.
