Resurgens Technology Partners backs Qarma
Co-founders Jacob Nedergaard and Søren Mønsted will continue to lead the company from its headquarters in Denmark as it supports thousands of brands and supplier networks worldwide.
Qarma, an AI-powered quality and compliance software provider, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Resurgens Technology Partners. Its software is used by brands, retailers, sourcing companies and manufacturers to manage inspections, supplier performance and product compliance.
The software-focused private equity firm will work with Qarma’s management team on its AI roadmap and support the company across North America, Europe and Asia. “Qarma has built a deep platform that doesn’t just provide visibility to management,” said Adi Filipovic, co-founder and managing director at Resurgens Technology Partners.
