Maridea Wealth Management has acquired Ashford Investment Advisors, a Daytona Beach, Florida-based registered investment advisory firm focused on wealth management and retirement planning.
Ashford oversees approximately $180 million in client assets and is led by Kathleen Dulko, who purchased the practice from her parents, founders Mike and Sue Walsh, and continued its community presence.
The transaction gives Maridea its first location in Florida, extending a national platform that now counts eight offices and more than 50 professionals managing roughly $1 billion in assets.
