SOR Controls Group, a manufacturer of electronic and mechanical instrumentation for measuring pressure, temperature, level, and flow, has been acquired by DwyerOmega, an Arcline Investment Management portfolio company. The business serves all sectors of the process industry, with significant experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, chemical processing, and water treatment.
Its brands include SOR Measurement Controls, SSi Temperature Sensors, and SENSOR Sampling Systems. EC M&A served as financial advisor to Arcline, which manages over $30 billion in assets under management.
