Glacialis acquires Madefrigor and TDF in fifth Ambienta add-on
Madefrigor, an Italian industrial refrigeration systems maker, is being acquired by Ambienta-backed Glacialis along with TDF.
The deal is described as the fifth add-on for the platform.
Madefrigor was founded in 1975 and is based in Rovello Porro, Italy. It designs, assembles and installs industrial refrigeration systems and air handling units. Its subsidiary Tecnica del Freddo, based in Parma, brings more than 70 years of refrigeration maintenance experience.
