Arsenal Capital Partners recapitalized EspriGas, an Atlanta-based technology-enabled packaged gas fulfillment platform serving industrial, medical, beverage and propane customers across North America. The company's proprietary network uses data, telemetry and software to connect packaged gas suppliers to more than 35,000 customer locations, and founder and CEO Mike Walsh will continue to lead the business while existing investor Kaltroco remains an investor alongside management.
