Velcro Companies, the global fastening-systems business behind the VELCRO® brand and hook-and-loop closure products, agreed to a majority investment from Arsenal Capital Partners.

The Cripps Foundation is selling the majority interest and will retain a significant minority stake after closing.

Velcro Companies has about 2,400 employees and serves customers across medical, data center, personal care, consumer, industrial, transportation, defense and apparel markets.

Terms were not disclosed; closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
