GreenArrow, a CAI Capital-backed advanced transportation infrastructure and electrical services provider, has acquired three transportation technology firms.

The add-ons extend the platform’s operations across the U.S. and come shortly after GreenArrow’s acquisitions of Atlantic Transportation Systems and HBC Company, which added traffic signaling, roadway lighting, and intelligent transportation services in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Based in East Chicago, Indiana, the platform continues to build out its electrical and safety services offering for municipalities and transportation agencies.
