CAI Capital Partners-backed GreenArrow has acquired HBC Company, a Lodi, New Jersey-based electrical services firm focused on highway, intersection, aviation lighting, and intelligent transportation systems.
The acquired business serves public roadways, airports, and industrial end-markets throughout New Jersey and southern New York.
The deal extends GreenArrow's Mid-Atlantic footprint from its eastern Pennsylvania operations, connecting the two geographies.
