Cherre connects and governs fragmented property data, resolving over four billion entities and four trillion dollars in real assets globally to create a trusted foundation for AI and analytics.
The acquisition pairs Cherre's institutional portfolio intelligence with RealPage's operational property management software, which serves more than 42,000 customers and 24 million housing units worldwide.
