Thoma Bravo's Europe Fund has taken a growth investment in padoa, a French occupational health, safety and prevention software platform.

The platform serves occupational health centers, employers, and employees, with its digital tools supporting millions of workers across France and Europe.

Co-investing alongside Thoma Bravo are existing shareholders Five Arrows and Kamet Ventures, who will continue to back the company alongside its co-founders.

New funding will support padoa's expansion into the DACH region and accelerate AI capabilities, product development, and customer service.

“I would like to sincerely thank Five Arrows and Kamet for their unwavering support over the years and for renewing their confidence in padoa by continuing this adventure alongside us,” said padoa co-founder, President and CEO Cédric Mathorel.

Thoma Bravo's Europe Fund, which closed at €1.8 billion in 2025, targets middle-market software businesses; the firm has deployed over €14 billion of equity across 17 European software transactions over the past 15 years.
