SuanNutra agrees to acquire IFF ingredients portfolio

The portfolio includes natural colors and antioxidants and certain flavor operations in Peru, serving food, beverage and nutritional customers.
The businesses generated about $170 million of revenue in 2025, employ roughly 600 people and operate five manufacturing facilities across Europe, the United States and Latin America.
The combined SuanNutra group is expected to have about 700 employees and more than 1,200 customers in over 60 countries.
Closing is expected by year-end 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
