Aeromax Group acquires Loutech LLC, precision components maker
The deal adds a Chino, California manufacturer machining tight-tolerance electrical interconnect components and fluid connectors for commercial and military aerospace.
Aeromax Group has acquired Loutech LLC, a Chino, California-based manufacturer of precision-machined aerospace components. The company produces tight-tolerance electrical interconnect components and fluid connectors used in commercial and military aerospace applications, and holds AS9100 certification.
The acquisition represents Aeromax’s second acquisition since Chimney Rock Equity Partners acquired the aerospace services platform, and adds multiaxis machining capacity to its manufacturing division. Loutech was acquired in 2022 by Mark Schelbert, who led investments in its manufacturing capabilities and business development.
“Loutech’s specialty machining capabilities fit well within our strategy to expand Aeromax’s manufacturing platform,” said Sean Khosrovani, president and CEO of Aeromax.
