The London-based private equity firm has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Evidenze Group from Buenavista Equity Partners, the Spanish investment manager that built the business through a string of acquisitions beginning in 2020.
Evidenze operates from a headquarters in Barcelona and maintains offices in Portugal, Italy, and Germany, serving more than 270 active clients across 20-plus countries.
Among them are the world’s 10 largest pharmaceutical companies.
The platform provides end-to-end outsourced services spanning clinical trial management, scientific and medical communications, and digital health solutions.
Buenavista assembled Evidenze by integrating four complementary businesses and subsequently completed six bolt-on acquisitions.
The company now employs close to 400 professionals and recorded €40 million in net revenue in 2025.
Co-founders Pedro Hernández and Albert Gallart will retain a minority stake and remain at the helm of an operation that plans to deepen its European footprint through both organic growth and disciplined M&A.
