FTV Capital-backed DUOS, a performance infrastructure platform for health plans, acquired Linkwell Health, an AI-powered member activation platform that uses predictive content intelligence and omnichannel delivery to engage health plan members.
The combination extends DUOS’ footprint to more than 20 health plans nationwide, reaching one in five U.S. adults across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, and Prescription Drug Plans.
“Health plans have spent years adding benefits and buying point solutions.
The hard part was never access.
It was follow-through,” said Karl Ulfers, CEO and Co-Founder of DUOS.
The acquisition deepens DUOS’ AI-powered activation layer, building on a $130 million growth investment from FTV Capital in October 2025.
