Roof Restoration Group acquires Exterior Solutions Group

Founded in 2017 by Kyle Crawford, a fourth-generation roofer with more than 40 years of industry experience, Exterior Solutions Group will continue to be led by Crawford, who has joined the Roof Restoration Group board and reinvested alongside Banner Capital and Roof Restoration Group executives.

Roof Restoration Group was formed to partner with founder-led commercial roofing contractors across the Southwest and beyond, and is an established platform in Banner Capital's Fund II.
