Command Medical Products, an Argosy Healthcare Partners portfolio company, acquired Injection Moulding & Tooling Services S.A. (IMATS), a Costa Rica-based provider of injection molding and tooling services. IMATS operates a 32,000-square-foot facility in Cartago's Free Trade Zone and provides injection molding, pad printing, assembly and packaging, along with mold design and validation.
The acquisition establishes a third manufacturing site for Command in Costa Rica and extends its capabilities across the medical device manufacturing value chain.
