Founder Joe Moore stays with the erosion-control manufacturer as MKB’s vice president of market development.
MKB Company, backed by Align Capital Partners, has acquired Siltworm, an Indiana manufacturer of erosion and sediment-control products. Siltworm makes rolled filters using lightweight, biodegradable fill for perimeter control, inlet and stockpile protection, ditch maintenance and slopes.
