Align Capital Partners-backed Marco Sealing Solutions has acquired Rocket Seals, a Denver-based distributor of O-rings and sealing products for MRO and OEM customers across North America.
Founded in 1956, the company serves diversified industrial end markets including fluid power, aerospace, oil & gas, medical equipment, food & beverage, water treatment and heavy equipment.
“The Rocket Seals name is synonymous with 70 years of getting customers the right sealing solution quickly,” said Dave Hanson, owner of Rocket Seals.
The acquisition deepens Marco's sealing product capabilities and marks the ninth add-on since partnering with Align Capital Partners.
