MidEuropa has formed a construction-software platform by acquiring ÚRS, First information systems and Callida from Czech building-materials group DEK.

The businesses provide cost-estimation, budgeting, and project-management tools used daily by contractors, developers, and public authorities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

"Construction remains one of the largest industries undergoing digital transformation.

We see significant opportunities to invest behind the business and build a strong market leader," said Marek Rodak, partner at MidEuropa.

The transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2026, extends MidEuropa's focus on mission-critical software serving resilient end markets with structural growth drivers.

MidEuropa was advised by VCP (M&A), Kinstellar and Čavrak (legal), EY (financial, tax and ESG), and Howden (insurance).
