Liberty Waste Solutions adds M&M Garbage Disposal in North Carolina

Adds subscription-based residential collection routes in the Asheboro and Greensboro regions to an Allied Industrial Partners-backed waste and recycling platform.

M&M Garbage Disposal, a subscription-based residential waste collector headquartered in Asheboro, North Carolina, has been added to Allied Industrial Partners-backed Liberty Waste Solutions.

The business serves the greater Greensboro and Triad market, overlapping with Liberty's existing route network in the region.

The add-on follows Liberty's recent acquisitions of AJ Disposal and Randolph County Garbage Services, adding residential route density in the Asheboro and Greensboro areas.

Liberty expects to absorb M&M routes onto its current fleet with no incremental capital expenditures.

"M&M Garbage Disposal has a history of serving the Asheboro community with dedication, and we are excited to welcome their customers into the Liberty family," said Rick Prather, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty.
