White Wolf Hybrid Capital completed a platform investment in AccuCast, LLC, a Texas supplier of waterworks infrastructure products, alongside independent sponsor Investly Capital.
AccuCast serves municipal, commercial, industrial and residential end markets through components such as manhole covers, valve boxes, meter boxes, pipe fittings and valves.
The capital package combined debt and preferred equity from White Wolf Hybrid Capital to fund the purchase and ongoing growth initiatives.
