Arxis adds MagCanica

Arxis acquired MagCanica Inc., a designer and manufacturer of non-contact, high-precision torque sensors for high-performance rotating systems. The add-on gives Arxis technology complementary to its military flexible driveshaft capabilities and will sit within the company’s Electronic Components segment, serving aerospace and defense demand for real-time monitoring of rotating systems. MagCanica was previously owned by its founders and employees, while Arxis is backed by Arcline Investment Management.
