Clairvest-backed NexTech Solutions acquired Halcyon Days Consulting, a Stevensville, Maryland-based defense technology company that engineers tactical mission networks and operational software for the U.S. military and allied partners. The acquisition adds roughly 90 engineers and combat-tested TAK-based networking capabilities supporting about 20,000 users and 15,000 managed devices across two active theaters.
The deal deepens the platform's edge communications and foreign partner enablement offerings.
