Kian Capital Partners closes Integrity Landscape acquisition
The business operates five branches across Contra Costa, Alameda and Santa Clara counties and serves homeowners associations, multifamily communities and commercial property owners.
Kian Capital Partners has acquired Integrity Landscape, a San Francisco Bay Area commercial landscaping provider that operates through CityLeaf, Medallion Landscape and Serpico Landscaping. The company was founded in 2016 and employs more than 385 people.
Integrity will continue under CEO Raitis Raisian and its existing leadership team, with founder Rich Bronstein remaining as a significant investor and board member. Kian plans to use the company as a platform for geographic expansion into Northern California, Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
“We have established a multi-year thematic focus on the commercial landscaping sector given the highly recurring revenue model and significant market fragmentation,” said David Hare, principal at Kian Capital Partners. CCG Advisors served as Integrity’s exclusive financial advisor.
