Mangrove Equity Partners has launched Peak Pavement Group, a pavement maintenance platform anchored by three founder-led businesses: A&R Sealcoating, HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions, and Maintain It All.
The platform’s companies provide asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and asphalt and concrete repair to commercial and residential property owners.
A&R and HD Sealcoating serve Southeast Michigan, while Maintain It All brings the platform into Southeast Pennsylvania.
“I started this company to take care of two groups of people: our customers and our crews,” said Gianni Calabretta, Founder and President of Maintain It All.
Peak Pavement traces its roots to 2024, when Mangrove partnered with Rocky Ricelli, founder of A&R Sealcoating.
Mangrove intends to pursue a roll-up of founder-led pavement maintenance businesses, preserving local brands while providing capital, purchasing power, and expanded service capabilities.
